Baby Shower Menu for Rebecca
You guys, this was the baby shower big leagues. The guest of honor: Rebecca, the most caring and supportive friend, yet coolest person I know. My co-hosts: undisputed party queen Jordan from Oh Happy Day and Emily, my style icon and creative sounding board. Rebecca’s friends: all ridiculously fabulous.
With all of this, I ended up unexpectedly crunched for time, so I went for dishes that didn’t take a lot of work but had big impact. Most things can be made ahead, with just some last minute assembly. If you can chop stuff, you can make this menu! It’s easy enough that I hope Rebecca isn’t reading this so she doesn’t think my lack of preparation is any sort of reflection of how much I care about her.
Relying on colorful, seasonal produce is the absolute easiest way to get a beautiful, flavorful spread with minimal effort. Next on the list is serving everything in cute, individual dishes. Suddenly everything is 100% more special!
